Welcome to the world, Weston James Baar! We’ve been praying over and awaiting the arrival of this sweet boy for months and he is finally here. This beautiful family are some of our dearest friends (and my son’s little besties), and it was such a joy and honor to photograph them in my home studio for their lifestyle newborn session.

We were originally planning a maternity session in the blooms around this same date, but Wes decided to make his appearance a few weeks early, so we swapped to do a newborn session instead! The session was filled with lots of toddler dancing, sun pouring in the windows and the cutest matching mommy-daughter dresses. I absolutely loved all the light, muted tones, soft floral prints and all the creams and whites in their styling.

I can’t get enough of this newborn session and am so excited to share it with all of you!
